Pineapple Coconut Syrup

A 2022 Good Food Awards Finalist!  A classic pairing of pineapple and coconut sweetened with rich demerara. Delicious with milk, this syrup is great in coffee or blended with ice cream for a pina colada milkshake (rum optional!). Add to lemon juice and club soda for a delicious sparkling lemonade or try it in a poke cake for a decadent dessert.
